Scholarship Program:

Each year we donate up to $1,000.00 for one scholarship to encourage our young people to excel to a higher education attend college.

However, our scholarship program has been put on hold until we find a volunteer to help coordinate and run the Sacramento PC Users Group Scholarship Program.

Our program starts in April of every year. Our volunteer needs to contact each high school in the Sacramento area, create flyers announcing the scholarship program and then collect applications. After examining the applicants and with the help of a committee, select a scholarship candidate. Contact the applicant and have he/she come to one of our meetings to accept the scholarship check.

If you would like to help volunteer for this open position, please come to our steering committee and tell us how you can help.
