Advertising in Sacra Blue

Thanks for your interest in advertising in Sacra Blue Magazine. Below is some general information regarding our
advertising rates and schedules.Briefly, I'm an Advertising Rep for "Sacra Blue" Magazine, the monthly periodical of the Sacramento PC Users Group, Inc. A full
page ad (as an example) sells for $240, and there are discounts offered for "prepaying" and/or "consecutive runs". With
prepaying and 12 consecutive runs, a full page ad could sell for as low as $178.50. You can change the content of the ad each
month as you would like.
We also rent "table space" at our Main Meeting on the 3rd Wednesday of each month. The table space is rented at $40.00 per
table, and they are approximately 8' long, but you may use an additional one if available. We also offer another program called
"seat space" where we allow business advertising flyers to be placed on the approximately 400 seats for $60.
For rentals and/or Sacra Blue ads, please contact Eric Butow (our Editor) to confirm your intentions with an insertion order by
e-mail at ebutow@jps.net or by postal mail (mailing address below) stating:

Then upload your graphics file in either .EPS, .PCX, .TIF, or .PDF format to Eric at , or send camera ready copy to Eric
(mailing address below). If you're prepaying your ad, send payment to our Treasurer (mailing address below) when you
send the insertion order, or if NOT prepaying we will be happy to bill you later. The cut-off day for magazine ad insertion
orders is the 3rd Wednesday of each month for the next month's issue, and the cut-off day for copy is the next (4th)
Wednesday. You can contact Eric about the "table" and/or "seat" space right up to the day before the meeting
night.......that's it!
