Steering Committee

The Steering Committee approved a community outreach proposal presented by Training Coordinator Edwin Holloway. Access Sacramento has offered its facility, including its computer training room, without charge for one Saturday in September on an introductory basis. Edwin is forming a committee to develop a training and events program for that day. More information will be provided on this event in future reports.

    Our birthday party will again be celebrated at the July meeting. The occasion will be combined with a "thank you" to all volunteers for their efforts in support of the group. That meeting will also see the Beginners SIG reunited with the general meeting.
    The Listserv is up to 85 members. The Steering Committee voted to disconnect the Yahoo Club site in response to members complaining over confusion with having multiple message systems.
