SPCUG Scholarship Chairman Don Mongeau (left) congratulates 1999 SPCUG Scholarship award winner Michael Calcagno of El Camino High School at the June 16 general meeting. Don selected Michael from dozens of graduating high school seniors who applied to receive the $500 award. Congratulations, Michael!
