President Dick Towle started our meeting promptly at 7:30 p.m., after a general discourse on computerese information of interest to all. A demonstration of PowerQuest's LOST & FOUND program was well received by the audience, despite a missing overhead projector. Using the smaller screen of the monitor made for a cozy squeezing together for easier viewing. Also, two lucky winners are now the owners of PARTITION MAGIC and LOST & FOUND, plus many other useful programs were given away. Everyone goes home with something.

Our meetings start at 7:00 p.m. with a Beginners' SIG; however, if there are no beginners, our regular meeting will start at our regular time. There will be something of interest for everyone. If you are a beginner, our Q & A is perhaps the best opening for you-ask and you shall receive.

For our next meeting on Tuesday, September 21, Dick will be out of town, so Dick's stand-in will present a demonstration of a photo program utilizing a digital camera. Don't forget to look at our Web page for the latest information on GCPCUG.
